Shrink plastic pendant

I used Shrink Plastic white (from Michaels), black Stazon ink, an Inkadinkado stamp and a coat of Varathane.

You have to seal it first so nothing smears or bleeds! I use Krylon crystal clear, let it dry for a day if you can.

 I hand cut around it and used the heat gun to shrink it.  After a couple of days I used a toothpick to dip it in Clear Varathane (water based), put the toothpick in apiece of packing foam to dry.  The holes were made with this:
the thing I love about it is that it can poke a hole through tin and plastic, the 1/4 inch shrinks to a very nice size hole.  But any old hole puncher will do!
